100-Meter Core Material Storage Rack

This is an original design complete set of drawings for core material storage. This equipment is used to store the core materials of metal products, with an overall equipment height of 5 meters, a storage capacity reaching 100 meters in length, and a weight of up to 2 tons. It has good operational stability and high efficiency, and the drawings have already been used in actual production. The structure of the storage rack is relatively simple and has low manufacturing costs. The main components consist of two sets of storage rollers and a transmission structure. Working principle: The core material winds around the upper and lower sets of rollers, achieving the purpose of storage. During operation, the upper roller group moves to the topmost position, utilizing the chain and the motor's braking system to ensure the roller position remains unchanged.
