This drawing is for a product alignment and feeding machine commonly used in the 3C industry. When not using a vision system, the prerequisite for automatic feeding is that the incoming material must be orderly and organized for easy picking. If the incoming material is loose, it is usually supplied using a vibrating feeder. However, for products where some feature points or mistake-proofing points are not obvious, a vibrating feeder will not suffice. In such cases, this alignment machine can be used. This alignment machine has been applied by us multiple times and is very mature. The drawing is editable, in SolidWorks 2016, and can be edited.
