The spring sorting and assembling tray machine is used for the assembly and arrangement of springs and ancillary small parts such as pin shafts and levers. Springs and levers are loaded via vibrating plates, rotated for sorting, and discharged using servo transfer. The main mechanisms include: spring and lever vibration plate loading mechanism, spring and lever rotating sorting mechanism, spring and lever assembly mechanism, post-assembly pressing mechanism, 6-station turntable assembly, jig lifting mechanism, servo transfer discharging tray mechanism, material storage tray switching and lifting assembly, and machine frame housing, etc. The structure is complex with fully editable feature dimensions, and can be opened with SolidWorks 2016 or later versions.
