3m Double Top Chain Plate Conveyor The chain plate conveyor uses a standard chain plate as the bearing surface, with a motor reducer for power transmission. We can make the chain plate conveyor very wide by running multiple rows of chain plates in parallel, creating a differential speed effect. By utilizing the speed difference between these multiple rows of chain plates, we can transition from multi-row conveying to single-row conveying without any extrusion. This setup meets the requirements for single-row conveying for equipment such as beverage labeling, filling, and cleaning. We can create an overlapping mixed chain at the head and tail of two chain plate conveyors. This design allows the bottles (or cans) to be in a dynamic transition state, ensuring that no materials are retained on the conveyor line. It can satisfy both pressure and pressure-free conveying of empty bottles and filled bottles.
