Truck-mounted crane vehicles, also known as truck cranes, are sometimes referred to based on local customs as auto cranes or self-cranes. These vehicles combine lifting and transportation capabilities and are often used in locations such as stations, warehouses, docks, construction sites, and for outdoor rescue operations. They can be equipped with cargo boxes of various lengths and cranes of different tonnages. Additionally, a water tank can be added to the cargo box to form a truck-mounted crane water sprinkler vehicle.
