ADJS-042-Screw Locking Machine Operation Process:
1. The product is manually loaded onto the fixture inside the equipment for positioning;
2. The robotic arm module uses a smart electric screwdriver to pick up the screws;
3. The lower vision system captures images to locate the screws;
4. The robotic arm, equipped with an upper vision system, aligns to the product's screw hole positions;
5. After alignment compensation via imaging, the screws are automatically locked in place.
