AGV Double-Layer Conveyor Belt with Return Transfer Station + AGV Manipulator
This conveyor equipment features scanning and classification capabilities. It scans the QR codes on carriers to categorize and convey different products. The conveyor belt is divided into two layers, each layer supporting independent operation for outbound and return transmission.
The conveyor belt is modular in design, allowing for unlimited extensions to accommodate the simultaneous classification and transmission of more product categories. The two layers of the conveyor are designated as follows: the upper layer is for outbound transport, while the lower layer handles return transport. The corners are equipped with lifting transfer functions.
Each outbound position has a material standby location.
