Working Principle of Apricot Kernel Removal Machine: This apricot kernel removal machine is driven by a motor that powers a reducer. After deceleration by the reducer, the power is transferred to the crank-link mechanism, which drives the de-kernel mechanism to perform an up-and-down reciprocating motion, working in conjunction with the apricot disc that performs a circular motion to achieve continuous kernel removal operations. First, after the motor rotates, it drives the input shaft of the worm gear reducer. After deceleration, the output shafts at both ends of the reducer transfer motion in the same form to the crank-link mechanism and the coupling. The output shaft at one end of the reducer is connected to the crank-link mechanism, which then drives the de-kernel mechanism (punch rod, apricot eject rod) to perform an up-and-down linear reciprocating motion. The downward motion completes the kernel punching and discharging function. The other end of the reducer's output shaft is connected to the coupling, which then transfers motion to the bevel gears. After the vertical transmission movement through the bevel gears, the dial rotates, pushing the slot wheel. Simultaneously, the apricot disc, which is coaxial with the slot wheel, achieves intermittent rotation under the drive of the slot wheel, achieving the effect of positioning and conveying the apricot disc. Through the cooperation of these two types of motions, the purpose of kernel removal is fully achieved. That is, when the de-kernel mechanism is ready to execute its downward motion, the apricot disc is exactly in a stationary state, completing the kernel punching and discharging work. The kernel-free apricots fall through the apricot discharge slot, while the kernels fall through the kernel discharge slot, thereby completing the collection for kernel removal. When the de-kernel mechanism completes its kernel removal task and is ready to move upward, the apricot disc simultaneously rotates by an angle (60 degrees), repeating the process.
