The main motion mechanism consists of a two-axis linear module, with a displacement sensor fixed at the end. The sensor moves over the surface of the workpiece to check if the height meets the actual requirements. A STEP format file is attached to the drawing, which is compatible with multiple versions of SolidWorks. Designers are welcome to download and study it.
