This design is based on the existing manual assembly line of the lipstick tube manufacturer. All feeding is handled by the vibrating bowl system, and the assembly part mainly involves clamping and transferring actions together. A rotary indexing table is used to achieve efficient assembly operations. The 3D drawings are for reference only and cannot be used directly for production.
