Introduction: Automatic Roller Citrus Peeling Machine (with physical diagram), includes a conveying device, steam scalding device, and peeling device. The conveying device consists of a feeding device, scalding conveyor belt, and peeling conveyor belt. The feeding device includes a frame, two rollers, a feeding conveyor belt, and a feeding motor. The peeling device includes a large roller, cutting knife device, and skin rolling device. The large roller is equipped with several annular notches, with hemispherical grooves on the annular notches. The cutting knife device includes a fixed shaft and multiple annular knives mounted on the fixed shaft. The fixed shaft is installed on the downstream side of the large roller, with the annular knives on the fixed shaft extending correspondingly into the annular notches of the large roller. The skin rolling device is located downstream of the large roller. After the citrus is fed by the feeding device, it is transported to the steam scalding device by the conveying device, and then sent to the peeling device. The hemispherical grooves and annular knives are used to score the skin, and then the skin is peeled off using small rollers.
