Automatic Feeding Conveyor Assembly

This is an automatic feeding and separating mechanism used on an automated production line. It is composed of a frame, guide rail, cylinder, protective plate, electrical system, separating mechanism, and conveying mechanism. The cylinder at the bottom moves parts forward in a reciprocating motion. When moving back, the small cylinder retracts the feeding mechanism, ensuring that it returns from below without affecting the relative position of the parts. The part at the forefront is delivered onto the board, waiting to enter the station. The parts entering the station are predetermined, facilitating grasping by mechanical hands or robots or allowing direct operations such as measurements. This is an excellent modular feeding and separating mechanism for an automated line. The file is in STP format and can be opened with Pro/E 5.0.
