This is a machine for automatically applying film to car hinges, with relatively high precision requirements. One of the mechanisms applies two films at once. A torque motor is used to collect the base film, and a servo electric cylinder and pressing cylinder are used for positioning. Moreover, sensors are used to detect the amount of film applied, which helps remind the operator when it's time to change the film, among other functions.
