This equipment is an automatic assembly and insertion machine for automotive fuse boxes. Different inserts are automatically sorted by vibrating trays and then picked up by a three-axis manipulator for insertion into the fuse box body. Once insertion is complete, the product is automatically identified and inspected by a CCD system to check for incorrect insertion or reversed positions. Defective products are collected by a mechanism into a pending area.
