The equipment can automatically saw and coil the storage of sealing strips. It is equipped with an automatic uncoiling mechanism, an automatic feeding mechanism, automatic sawing, and a finished product receiving mechanism. The sawing length of the sealing strip is adjusted by a servo motor, and both ends of the sealing strip are sawn simultaneously. The sawing angle is adjustable in two-dimensional surfaces, from -80° to +80°, and the design includes a recycling device for sawing debris. This equipment is designed as a platform, allowing it to be compatible with the production of sealing strips of the same series by switching sawing fixtures and angles.
