The fully automatic shoelace tying machine mainly addresses the manual shoelace threading process on production lines, using dual turntables combined with servo motors to perform the mechanical lace threading process. Operators only need to place the shoes on the tooling, press the shoe upper tightly, and press the start button to perform the actions automatically.
Features of the non-standard automatic shoelace machine: automatic threading, cutting, and knotting completed in one step; adjustable distance according to the hole spacing of the shoe upper; adjustable tightness after threading and knotting according to the requirements of the shoe upper; lacing speed adjusted by stepless frequency conversion.
