Automatic Packing Scale (Free-flow Vibration Hopper Scale) After the quantitative packing scale enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the feeding gate to start feeding. The feeding device supports fast and slow two-stage feeding modes. When the material weight reaches the set value for fast feeding, fast feeding is stopped while slow feeding is maintained. When the material weight reaches the final set value, the feeding gate is closed, completing the dynamic weighing process. At this point, the system checks if the bag-clamping device is in the predetermined state. Once the packaging bag is clamped, the system sends a control signal to open the discharge door of the weighing hopper, allowing material to enter the packaging bag. After the material is discharged, the discharge door of the weighing hopper automatically closes. Once the material is emptied, the bag-clamping device releases, and the packaging bag automatically falls. After falling, the bag is sewn and conveyed to the next station. This cycle repeats for automatic operation.
