On the car dashboard, a stepper motor assembly and welding is carried out using a Yamaha four-axis robot for movement. A Changzhou Quick Soldering Gun is selected for welding, and a Cognex camera is used for post-welding PIN inspection. The entire equipment requires one person to place the motor and circuit board into the fixture, press the start button, and then automatic welding proceeds.
