1. Purpose: To press the torsion rod into the worm gear shaft assembly 2. Equipment specifications: 1000mm(W) x 1500mm(L) x 2000mm (Aluminum profile H). 3. Equipment technical parameters 3.1 Equipment power: 10kw; 3.2 Air source: ≥ 0.5Mpa clean compressed air source without oil and water. 3.3 Operating method: Product loading/unloading executed by equipment (automatic), pressing operation completed by equipment (automatic) 3.4 Pressing force monitoring: Servo press range is 50KN 3.5 Insertion displacement monitoring: Accuracy ±0.02mm, full stroke monitoring. 3.6 Quality assessment: Check if pressure and displacement are within acceptable ranges. 3.7 Positional accuracy: The coaxiality between the press head positioning center hole and the tooling positioning mounting hole is less than 0.05mm, verticality of the press head to the worktable surface is 0.05mm. 3.8 Equipment requirements: The press head adopts a floating mechanism while ensuring rigidity; press head and fixtures are equipped with identifiable sensors, enabling automatic detection by the equipment. 3.9 Model change: Replaceable tooling fixtures are placed under the equipment on a specially manufactured placement tray.
