OP190 Shaft Group Riveting Machine 1. Purpose: To rivet the bearing seat, preventing the bearing from falling; install the spring and slider. 2. Compatible product: D571110 3. Equipment Operation Process 1) Take the oiled bearing seat, spring, and slider, visually inspect for compliance, and assemble them together (manual 6s) 2) Place the assembly into the fixture, sensor detects it in position (manual 3s) 3) Place a bearing seat into the oiling fixture (2s) 4) Press the start switch (manual 1s) 5) The sliding door lowers to a safe position, servo drives the press head down (5s) 6) Pressing is completed, press head automatically retracts, while the sliding door rises to open (2s) 7) Manually remove the workpiece and transfer it to the next process (defective alarm, manually remove defective workpiece, place it in the NG box, trigger NG photoelectric, and reset the system) (manual 2s)
