This is a single-sided BKT nut tightening machine for an automotive seat slide rail. The product is manually placed into the equipment, which is started by a two-hand control button. Sensors within the equipment detect the product, and the product clamping unit automatically clamps it via a cylinder. Subsequently, nuts are manually fed into the electric screwdriver's P-head, and the nuts are fastened onto the product using the handheld electric screwdriver. This equipment is designed to be semi-automatic to save equipment costs and to allow for easy switching of fixtures to accommodate new product types in the future.
