This set of equipment is used for cleaning the flashing of stators in the BMC injection molding workshop of motor manufacturing factories. The BMC encapsulated structure stator can generate various degrees of flashing during injection molding due to the manufacturing process of the injection mold, the processing accuracy of the mold, and the injection molding process, which would affect the assembly of subsequent processes. It adopts a four-station design for semi-automatic production. The document package includes files in formats such as step/igs/easm/x_t for ease of use.
