This equipment is designed for a buzzer measuring 5x5x2mm, primarily to achieve uninterrupted dispensing on all four sides of the finished buzzer, then drying in an oven before being conveyed out. Due to the buzzer's extremely small size and the use of multi-axis dispensing, the difficulty is quite high, and the requirements are also very stringent. The buzzer dispensing and drying production line model is structurally complete, including a conveying loading device, high-temperature conveyor, multi-axis rotation, fork feeding mechanism, magnetic manipulator, and drying device.
