The distribution mechanism is a type of cam variable-pitch mechanism, with its 3D model being a SW2014 source file. Cam groove variable-pitch mechanisms are often used in automatic material picking structures. After picking up the product, they can be arranged in specifications with different distances, such as in CCD inspection packaging machines or other equipment needing pitch variation. The mechanism is very stable and operates at a high speed, adopting a cam structure design that is durable and technically sophisticated. The design can be improved to accommodate more nozzle forms for picking up products, or it can also use clamping modes. This mechanism is designed with 8 nozzles, and this model includes motion simulation.
