Action Process:
1. The inspection is divided into a four-station rotational cycle test, with each station testing
4 products;
2. The CCD test uses a 500 camera for inspection, with the drive utilizing a HIWIN KK module coupled with a servo motor;
3. During testing, a cylinder applies downward pressure to guide and prevent slight movement of the product;
4. The feeding is done manually for both loading and unloading.
