For products with pre-installed material boxes, manual inspection is not comprehensive. There are instances of missed inspections or areas that cannot be inspected. Using CCD inspection easily resolves these issues.
Action Analysis: The feed module's X/Y axis takes materials from the material box and moves to the CCD inspection position. The vision camera performs an all-round inspection of the product. The software then makes OK/NG (pass/fail) decisions. The discharge module's X/Y axis then moves to the corresponding NG or OK material box. OK items will proceed with the packaging process.
The inspection speed is fast, and the inspection accuracy is high. It is suitable for inspecting electronic components, metal parts, plastic parts, and more.
