The product is a child-friendly hanger made from modified PP, with a cavity count of one out of four; Due to the high production yield, a valve gate hot runner is used to save on sprue and labor. The water flow in both the front and rear molds is very sufficient, greatly shortening the injection molding cycle. The drawings are clear and can be used for reference and learning!
