The machine is mainly used for assembling plastic rivets on circuit boards. Different specifications of plastic rivets are placed in different vibrating bowls, which transport the rivets to specified positions. When the circuit board that needs rivets passes through the robotic arm and into the rivet machine, the rivet gun picks up a rivet at the designated position in the vibrating bowl. The machine will automatically press the rivet into the circuit board.
