The Z-axis travel of the double arms is 1.5 meters. One robot is responsible for loading and unloading operations for two CNC machines. The robot picks up products from the pallet and places them into the CNC for processing. The automatic loading and unloading robot equipment is mainly suitable for picking and unloading metal products in the form of short and long cylindrical rods. The loading pallet can hold approximately 100 products. Finished products are conveyed out by a small conveyor belt to a nearby warehouse. After CNC processing is completed, the robot clamps and unloads the workpieces. While the chuck rotates, loading is performed simultaneously without interruption. Once the finished products are taken out, they are placed on the conveyor belt and flow into the finished product bin.
