I designed a "dual-spindle CNC machine tool." The idea behind this design came from my experience during CNC lathe internships, where only single-spindle machines were used. Such machines can cause reference misalignment errors when flipping the workpiece for turning. By using dual spindles, this issue can be effectively resolved. Therefore, I removed the tailstock from the original machine tool and replaced it with a spindle head, which led to the creation of my design.
