Instructions: 1. This gluing line uses a robot for automatic loading and unloading and automatic gluing process; 2. This production line is staffed with a total of 4 people, specifically as follows; 1) Auxiliary personnel (load materials - start machine) 1 person; 2) Head sealing and reinforcement rib adhesion 2 people; 3) Riveting 1 person. 3. The temporary storage area for door panels can temporarily store about 1200 glued door panels (pre-press for 24 hours); 4. After pre-pressing for 24 hours, the door panels are automatically loaded by the robot for packaging.
