The intelligent sealing test machine creates a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sample immersed in water by vacuuming the chamber. This allows observation of the gas escaping from the test sample in the vacuum chamber or water penetrating inward, to determine the sealing performance of the test sample.
Operating principle of the intelligent sealing test machine:
Pressure difference between the inside and outside of the packaging → Gas expansion → Gas escape → New gas equilibrium → Higher gas ratio inside the packaging → Greater gas expansion rate → Greater pressure on the packaging film → Intense gas escape.
