Side sealing machine (edge banding machine) includes rear piece sealing knife conveyor assembly, rear conveyor belt group, film spreading group, lower cutter lifting mechanism group, film pulling driven wheel, etc. High-speed side sealing machine can be used for fully automatic online shrink packaging of products, with automatic detection of products using photoelectric sensors. It offers two modes: automatic feeding or manual feeding. It uses folded film and seals the other three sides as well. The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used for sealing and cutting various industrial standard heat sealing films such as PE, PVC, POF. The sealing is firm and aesthetically pleasing, especially suitable for POF sealing and cutting. When changing product sizes, simple adjustments via the handwheel are sufficient without the need to replace any components, reducing product changeover time and making operation easier. The adjustable speed front-end feeding system, along with the rear-end storage work platform, allows the entire machine to achieve truly high-speed, unmanned automatic operation. When an item-loaded package is placed on the sealer's conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag is automatically fed between the two running sealing belts and brought into the heating zone. The heat of the heating block is transmitted through the sealing belt to the sealing part of the bag, causing the film to heat up and melt. It then passes through the cooling zone, appropriately lowering the surface temperature of the film, before being pressed by a knurled wheel (or printing wheel) to bond the upper and lower plastic films of the sealing part and press out a mesh pattern (or print a mark). Finally, the guiding rubber belt and conveyor belt send the sealed package out of the machine, completing the sealing process.
