A 3D model sharing of an automated laminating machine, primarily a flexible board laminating machine. This machine is used in the SMT workshop for attaching protective films to flexible circuit boards (FPC) after microphone testing. SolidWorks 2014 design source files are provided, available for parameter editing. The name of the general assembly drawing is: TS15008-M01-A001-mylar film tearing mechanism. The structure of this machine is compact, yet it has a 4-axis system. The material strip is fed from a roll, automatically stripped, and then laminated automatically. The fixture board features a reversible mechanism to ensure both sides can be laminated. This machine is already in mass production.
