The design model of a fully intelligent marking machine is a broad concept that mainly includes three types: pneumatic, laser, and electrochemical.
Pneumatic: Controlled by computer, the printing needle performs high-frequency impact motion under the action of compressed air, thereby printing marks with a certain depth on the workpiece. Marking feature: has a greater depth.
Laser marking machine uses a laser beam to imprint permanent marks on the surface of various materials. The effect of marking is achieved by evaporating the surface material to expose the deeper material, thereby engraving exquisite patterns, trademarks, and text.
Electrochemical mainly prints fixed and unchanging trademarks, similar to stamping, but changing the printed content is inconvenient.
