What are piercing type terminals:
Piercing type terminals are used for connecting copper and aluminum enameled wires without removing the paint from the enameled wire, allowing direct electrical connection.
1. One end of the motor's enameled wire can be directly riveted or crimped with the other end, providing advantages such as eliminating stripping of winding wire paint, preventing oxidation, and avoiding cold soldering.
2. It avoids the outdated process of spot welding, prevents welding slag from splashing and falling, and enhances the production and operation of terminal blocks and copper, aluminum stripping wire terminal blocks (anti-oxidation, good conductivity). The products are used in motors, generators, pumps, air compressors, washing machines, transformers, electric tools, and more.
3. Piercing type terminals are also called paint-free connectors or piercing type terminal blocks.
