High-Speed Toy Eggshell Drilling Machine

This equipment was mainly developed for Vietnamese toy manufacturers. The toy products are relatively soft but also very brittle. There is a requirement to drill three evenly distributed 2.0mm holes at the top without cracking the product, leaving the holes without burrs and without whitening. After extensive experimentation, we finally completed this simple and fast equipment. Although it seems simple, meeting the client's requirements was actually quite difficult. Due to high demand from the client and competition from peers, ultimately, competitors failed while we managed to produce over a dozen units in one go. Each machine operated non-stop 24 hours a day, with a single unit speed requirement of 40,000 pieces, but we actually achieved 65,000 pieces. The structure is simple, cost is low, and it can serve as a reference for peers making similar product equipment. Don't be fooled by its simplicity; it involves a lot of expertise.
