The characteristic of an atmosphere furnace is that at a certain set temperature, a specific composition of artificially prepared atmosphere is introduced into the furnace to achieve certain heat treatment objectives, such as gas carburizing, carbonitriding, and bright quenching, annealing, normalizing, etc. Atmosphere furnaces require high sealing integrity, and the loading and unloading processes are complex. These furnaces are often designed for multi-purpose use. In large-scale production, they are commonly configured into large combined heat treatment units, specialized or dual-purpose systems, necessitating a high degree of mechanization and automation.
