LED Enclosure Dispensing Inspection And Pressure Holding Equipment (Already Manufactured)

LED housing dispensing detection and pressure-holding equipment (already in production) action description: 1. Enter the assembly station through the indexing table; 2. Manually load the LED Tray into the equipment via the Tray feeding cylinder; 3. The X, Y module carries the Z-axis cylinder to the Tray to pick up the LED, rotates (rotates to the same angle as the assembly station) and moves to the CCD module for capturing positioning relative to the assembly station; 4. The module moves to the assembly station, and the Z-axis cylinder assists with buffering to assemble the LED; 5. The unloading module moves the assembled HSG into the pressure-holding fixture for 10 pieces; 6. The cylinder feeds the pressure-holding fixture into the pressure-holding workstation, with the pressure-holding cylinder working; (The pressure head applies pressure treatment, protecting the product via buffer springs)
