Battery airtightness detection equipment is a high-precision, high-efficiency, and highly reliable testing instrument. Its main purpose is to detect whether batteries and other products have leaks. This is primarily achieved by the electromagnet valve within the equipment, which accurately controls the airflow balance within a specified time, ensuring constant air pressure inside the chamber. It reads the pressure values from a high-precision pressure sensor and judges the change in pressure values based on a preset standard leak value. When the leak value is within the specified range, the product has no leak. When the leak value exceeds the specified range, the product has a leak.
