This device is primarily designed for medical equipment manufacturers, replacing manual labor, to complete the function of trimming the sprue of long rows of cotton swabs. Manual cutting is slow, inaccurate, and poses high risks. Now machines have replaced manual labor, increasing the speed by 5 times and addressing all the aforementioned issues. In addition, colleagues have resolved issues such as deformation in long rows, clamping and positioning, and burrs at the cut, which may aid peers working on similar equipment.
