A complex microwave oven motor automatic assembly line 3D model This complete set of non-standard equipment drawings was designed using SolidWorks 2018, and its main function is to assemble the motor and all components, finally achieving unmanned operation with finished product unloading. 1. Through automation application, it achieves full automation at each station, reducing the current staffing from 11 to 1 (only one person is needed to manage the entire line operation). 2. The line adopts two methods for automatic feeding, using AGV trolleys and vibrating plates (coils, silicon steel body, and rotors are positioned with carriers and automatically fed by AGV trolleys; all other materials are automatically fed using vibrating plates). 3. A total of 6 robots are used throughout the line (one for each automatic feeding of coils, silicon steel body, and rotors, and three for packaging). 4. Line cycle time: 3.5 seconds, theoretical line hourly output is 1028 units/hour. 5.
