The equipment uses vision inspection to detect battery defects, appearance, and dimension contours. It uses laser line scanning to measure the height difference of the battery. Contact GT displacement sensors are employed to test the overall flatness of the battery. This equipment is already in production. Equipment optimization has led to stable operation and consistent testing accuracy.
