Mobile Phone Screen Film Removal and Application Integrated Mechanism, designed for the removal, application, and rolling of films in a single workstation for various high-end phones. The core of the film removal and application machine lies in the synthesized movement displacement of the rack in the X and Y directions. During film removal, the gripper moves in a path similar to a sine curve. After lifting the film at an angle, it applies the film onto the phone's glass. Once the film application is completed, the gripper returns along the original curve trajectory, while the rolling mechanism performs the flattening of the surface film.
