Motor Shell Back Cover Assembly Machine
Function: To assemble the back cover part of a miniature motor, it uses a vibrating bowl for automatic feeding, a conveyor belt to transport parts, a module cylinder for handling, and a cam indexer to rotate and switch stations. The process includes feeding, assembly, height detection, pressing, and unloading.
This automated line has a reasonable design, complex structure, and mature equipment, making it very worthwhile for reference. Colleagues in the field are welcome to refer to it! The 3D model of this production line is shared in the Creo 4.0 design source file.
