The new energy vehicle battery pack handling clamp consists of a hoist and a clamp. The hoist can be either pre-made or custom-made, such as a KBK hoist. The clamp for the new energy vehicle battery pack consists of two oppositely rotating screws connected by a coupling, allowing the nuts on them to move in opposite directions for alignment. In non-standard design, it can be used as a gripper with long travel and strong grip force. The screw's function is to accommodate various lengths of automotive battery packs by moving the gripper to the appropriate distance and tightening the battery pack through the cylinder on the gripper.
