Using AC drive instead of DC drive in rewinding inspection machines has become a development trend in the paper machinery industry. The paper roll produced by the paper winder is relatively soft, and there might be damage or breaks internally, with uneven edges on both sides. The paper width and other factors make it unsuitable for direct use in paper processing or printing machines. Most types of paper (such as newsprint, letterpress paper, packaging paper, etc.) must undergo trimming, slitting, splicing, and rewinding on the paper core to form finished paper rolls with specific specifications and tightness requirements before they can be shipped out.
