The LCD screen inline dimension inspection machine integrates automatic feeding and inspection. It has a wide range of inspection functions, including general CCD inspection, thickness measurement, and height difference detection. The inspection workstation features multiple stations. A robotic arm picks up products from the production line for inspection, and after the inspection is completed, the robotic arm places the products back onto the production line.
