The PCB CCD automatic dispensing machine is composed of an XYZ three-axis screw drive mechanism. The Z-axis moves up and down to dispense products at different heights according to dispensing needs. As the XY-axis uses a screw module structure, the dispensing speed is very fast, and the precision is excellent, with a dispensing accuracy of 0.05MM. After dispensing, the product is inspected using CCD.
