PCB fixture chain track line prototype model, designed and drawn using SW2012. The design principle involves using a stepper motor to drive a sprocket, which in turn drives a chain that moves the PCB fixture above. The chain line can be adjusted for inner dimension sizes via a handwheel, accommodating fixtures up to a maximum size of 450x450mm. The model primarily includes commercially available components such as linear bearings, T-type lead screws, 6B-1 chains, handwheels, and sprockets.
